Refund Policy

Refund:

Please fill out the contact form stating name (first and last), email, phone number, order number, and reason requesting return. Incomplete forms will not be eligible for a refund. The item must be returned in the exact manner it was received to be eligible for a refund. Any item returned with missing tags, missing labels, stains, tears, foreign scents, missing original packaging, washed, used, alterations, and/or any damage to item will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once item is returned please wait 48 hours for final decision regarding refund. If the item has followed the return guidelines and comes back in required condition, the customer will have the refund sent back to their account. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
