Return & Exchange Policy


Customer has 10 days from receiving their order to be able to start the process of a return. Fill out contact form including name (first and last), email, phone number, order number, and reason requesting return. Incomplete contact forms will not be eligible for returns. If the return request is approved, please return garment with all tags and labels intact, in original packaging,  without stains, no alterations, tears, damage, foreign scents, unwashed, in the exact manner as it was received. Customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping. 


Customer wishing to exchange an item must follow the rules and steps of the return policy to send back item, then place a new order for the new item wanted. Please keep in mind new item will be made to order and follow the processing and fulfillment time.
